Since creating some of the most high-performing technology sales and marketing teams in the country, Logan has turned his focus to helping other organizations tackle challenges that his own teams faced and solved: misalignment of the product features/benefits and customer needs, battling the natural tendency to be complacent with past success, and seeing max effort given to min impact activities.
